We have a sizeable in-house team with experience across the entire property development process – from land evaluation and stakeholder engagement through to planning and full build – and funds available for immediate deployment.

Revising existing planning on this 1.7 acre site in the heart of Walsall town centre enabled the delivery of 36 residential units for a housing association landlord.
Honeswood Close
Handsworth
Godwin identified this site, purchased and achieved full detailed planning, then delivered the build through a contract with CKC Construction. This project completed in 2017.
Lidl Supermarket
Kings Heath, Birmingham
An end-to-end development of a 22,000 sq.ft. Lidl supermarket situated in the busy residential area of King Heath, Birmingham, which opened doors to its first customers in May 2020.
