The Bendigo Building

Milton Keynes

Bletchley View is a 184 unit residentially-led development, situated in the heart of Bletchley in south-western Milton Keynes - the fastest growing UK city.


The Landmark

The Landmark is the first proposed Build-To-Rent (BTR) development in Derby with over 200 units. The gateway scheme is also one of the tallest buildings in the city.  


Lower Bridgeman Street

This gateway 1.3 acre site in Bolton, situated in close proximity to the town centre and Bolton Train Station, was recently acquired by Godwin Developments.


Norton Business Park

Godwin's latest strategic site of c.10 acres aims to provide a range of commercial development near the recently opened Worcestershire Parkway Railway station in Norton, Worcestershire.  


Wisbech Gateway

A c.10-acre site on the outskirts of the Georgian market town of Wisbech, which Godwin is developing into retail and leisure destination including a petrol station, drive through units, hotel and shops.


Rushden Services

A brand new modern roadside retail development, which includes a new petrol filling station and a drive-thru retail unit in Rushden, Northamptonshire.


Lidl Supermarket
Kings Heath, Birmingham

An end-to-end development of a 22,000 sq.ft. Lidl supermarket situated in the busy residential area of King Heath, Birmingham, which opened doors to its first customers in May 2020.    


Woodland Rise

A c.3.5 acre site in Doncaster which is being developed into 60 attractive, high quality and sustainable new Build-To-Rent (BTR) homes that are also sympathetic to their surroundings.


Ashby Road, Shepshed
Shepshed, Leicestershire

Our Ashby Road site is located 5 minutes from J23 off the M1 motorway. We have purchased this site and are looking to secure end users to create much needed commercial retail offering in the area.


Stonely Grange

Stonely Grange is located in the idyllic village of Stonely, Huntingdonshire. We are promoting our vision for 8 luxury detached, custom-build homes on a 2 acre site situated near the historic Kimbolton school and castle. 


Agard Street

A c.0.5 acre site in central Derby purchased in 2016. We have worked closely with Derby City Council planners to achieve permission for a high quality design which will deliver 142 student studio apartments. 


Ram Jam Services

Prominently positioned on the A1, nestled between the idyllic villages of Greetham and Stretton, this 2 acre site will bring roadside retail units to this historically thriving roadside location.


Pineham Neighbourhood Centre

Acquired from Taylor Wimpey Homes, this now completed mixed use neighbourhood centre provides 12,600 sq. ft. of retail space at the heart of a newly created residential community.


Langley Mill

Godwin secured planning on this prime retail site opposite a 24-hour supermarket, which was developed into an 85 seater McDonald's restaurant. The development was completed in 2o17.


Alexandra Park

A 4.5 acre development within Nottingham's prestigious Mapperley Park area, delivering 15 luxury detached homes designed to code 6 specification.


Brampton Hut

A 2 acre highly successful roadside retail development with leases to Burger King, Starbucks, Subway and Greggs, secured all off plan.


Midland Road

Revising existing planning on this 1.7 acre site in the heart of Walsall town centre enabled the delivery of 36 residential units for a housing association landlord.


Canal Street

Developed for the Accord Housing Association, this 3.5 acre site in the heart of Stourbridge was sold with planning permission secured for 65 affordable homes.


Moon Crescent

A residential development of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, developed on a 2.5 acre site in Nottingham. The project was completed in 2017.


Honeswood Close

Godwin identified this site, purchased and achieved full detailed planning, then delivered the build through a contract with CKC Construction. This project completed in 2017.
