The site has planning permission for a range of commercial uses including roadside services, hotel, a petrol filling station, a pub, a gym and offices.

Godwin Developments has completed the purchase of this prominent roadside site in the town of Wisbech. It is situated on the main arterial route between Peterborough and Norfork and benefits from high visibility and excellent road frontage. Potential occupiers - PFS and coffee operators, quick service restaurants, hotels, third-party logistics, industrial and manufacturing businesses, EV charging operators and many others – can enjoy access to a population of over 110,000 within a twenty-minute drive as well as passing road traffic of more than 6.5 million vehicles per year.
