Godwin has exchanged on a site just under 2 acres which will provide 36 residential units to be delivered to Sanctuary Housing Association.

The 36 residential units have been completed and delivered to Sanctuary Housing Association. This project, with the backing of Walsall Council, will provide much needed housing accommodation in the area.
