BBC Radio 4: Planning and Development Podcast

Godwin Development’s Land Director and Co-Founder, Stephen Pratt, was a key guest at BBC Radio 4’s recent podcast The Bottom Line. Presented by Evan Davies, the episode was dedicated to the UK housing crisis, covering primarily affordable housing, and explored the perspectives and issues of planners and developers in dealing with this urgent national issue.

Speaking alongside industry-respected guests such as Alice Lester, Operational Director of Regneration, Growth and Employment and Brent Council and Dr. Janice Morphet, Visiting Professor at Bartlett School of Planning, University College of London, Stephen discussed why land deals are now more complicated then ever, why private developers are teaming up with local authorities to deliver on their affordable targets and where the market is heading in the next 10 years.
