Alexandra Park|Nottingham

Alexandra Park is a 4.5 acre development in Mapperley, Nottinghamshire. The site was acquired with planning consent for 15 luxury detached houses. The houses range from 2,000 square feet to 4,000 square feet.

The properties were designed to code 6 specification over a year before its planned introduction and included full home automation and ground source heat pumps.
